Payment options
Shop in euro with Dirt Bikes Ireland, an independent Irish reseller of Quad Warehouse bikes and quads. Here is how payment, assembly, delivery and collection work.
Payment methods and currency
All prices and order totals are shown in euro (€). The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Use the options shown there; availability can depend on your device and the payment provider.
Full payment — no deposits
We currently take full payment at checkout. We do not offer a deposit or instalment plan. Review your chosen model, colour, quantity and any optional assembly charge in the basket before paying.
Stock and order confirmation
Some bikes and quads are physically in stock in Cavan; others are ordered in from Quad Warehouse. We travel to Quad Warehouse in the UK, collect orders and bring them back to Ireland. We pay the import duty, so you will not be asked to pay that duty separately when your order is delivered. Supplier availability does not mean a machine is already assembled or ready for immediate delivery. Keep your order confirmation and quote your order number when contacting us.
Assembly charges
- Bikes and quads priced at €1,000 or less: full assembly is included in the listed price.
- Bikes and quads priced over €1,000: optional full assembly costs €120 per machine when selected.
Check that your assembly choice and the correct total appear in the basket before completing payment. If anything looks incorrect, contact us before paying.
Delivery and collection
Delivery by our own courier is available at checkout for selected counties. The delivery fee for your address is shown before you pay. Our next planned delivery run is 1–5 November 2026; we will contact you to confirm the expected day. A signature is required on delivery.
Collection by arrangement is available from Yew Park, Virginia, County Cavan, A82 XP9N, Ireland. See delivery areas, current rates and collection information. If no delivery option appears for your address, contact us before ordering.
Christmas collection
If a bike or quad offers a Christmas hold option, choose it on the product page and review the instructions before ordering. Christmas collection is arranged after 1 December 2026. We will confirm the date for your exact model and colour; do not travel until we tell you your order is ready.
Parts and riding gear
Parts and riding gear can be ordered on a pre-order basis. We need to double-check that we can obtain the exact item, size or specification from the supplier. An order does not guarantee immediate availability. Contact us before paying if you need confirmation of stock or timing.
If a payment fails or a total looks wrong
Check your payment details and any verification requested by your bank. If you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, check for an order confirmation and contact us before trying again. Please never send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords by email or text.
